  • How long before the booking can I cancel?
    You can cancel your booking at any time. If domestic cleaning bookings are cancelled for 24 hours and less before the booking start time, the client must pay the full amount of the booking. After-builders, End of tenancy, Deep clean/Spring clean bookings schould be cancelled no less than 48 hours in order the deposit to be paid back.
  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equipment?
    Domestic cleaning; Yes. The cleaning products and equipment should be provided by the client Post-renovations,End of tenancy, Deep cleaning The equipment will be provide by our cleaning teams.
  • Do your wash windows?
    The windows could be washed -inside only- as part of our regular domestic cleaning but you should not expect it to be done at the first visit. For outside window wash we offer a separate service -Window washing
  • Do you clean an oven?
    No- it is not included in our regular domestic cleaning service. Please contact us for more details We offer a separate service- Oven cleaning

Payments Accepted

We accept payments online for our services. The payment should be made into the agency's bank account provided at the time of the confirmation of the booking. A payment is expected every time after completion of the service.
